Since 1988, the Manatee Education Foundation has been granting wishes and opening educational doors in Manatee County. Wishes are opportunities to help a student succeed and we strive to offer endless possibilities with unlimited benefits for all students.

Ninety percent of the Foundation´s funding comes from private donations and grant assistance. This unique structure enables the Manatee Education Foundation to respond quickly by designating funding directly into the classroom, thus avoiding the delays that often come with restricted dollars.

It is the mission of the Manatee Education Foundation to provide funding for innovative programs and enhanced educational opportunities for the teachers and students of Manatee County Public Schools beyond allocated state dollars.
